The Abbey Wine Warehouse offers a tradition of reliable services to assist northwest wineries. We are located onsite at a working Trappist Monastery in Carlton, Oregon. Our partnerships span across the Pacific Northwest from the Walla Walla Valley in Washington to the Umpqua Valley in Southern Oregon.
Trappist Abbey: Our Lady of Guadalupe
The Trappist Abbey Our Lady of Guadalupe is a community of Catholic monks who are part of the Cistercian / Trappist tradition. The monks have five main industries, which help to support their community and others through the giving of Alms: The Bindery specializes in binding theses & dissertations, genealogy, and other specialty books. The Bakery makes the world-renowned fruit cake and date nut cakes that will make believers out of even the most ardent fruitcake skeptics. The Wine Warehouse has offered a host of services to the wine industry for over 20 years. The Forestry Department works to manage the 1350 acre property. The Gift Shop features a wide array of products which will surely revitalize even the most sluggish of spiritual lives! If you're in the area, stop in for a visit or hike our forested trails.
